Terms of Service

עברית

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use it.

2. The service

The service is a lead management product operated by Mainstream Media. Marketing agencies open a separate account in it for each of their business clients, and the client manages the leads arriving from its own campaigns. The agency decides who on the client's side gets access and at what permission level.

3. Accounts and access

There is no self sign-up — accounts are created by the agency or by us. Usernames and passwords are personal and must not be shared. A user who identifies unauthorized use of their account must change the password and notify the agency.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Upload data to the service that was collected unlawfully.
  • Attempt to access another client's account or another agency.
  • Place abnormal load on intake addresses, or systematically extract data outside the interfaces provided for that purpose.
  • Violate the terms of a connected platform through the service.

5. Connected platforms

The service connects to Facebook and Instagram with the client's permission. Use of those platforms through the service is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies, and compliance with them is the user's responsibility. A connection can be removed at any time.

6. Your data

The leads and data collected in an account belong to the client. We process them solely to operate the service and make no other commercial use of them. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Lead details, campaign data and internal notes accessed through the service are confidential. They may be used only for the purpose for which access was granted, and must not be disclosed to any unauthorized party.

8. Intellectual property

The software, brand and design are the property of Mainstream Media. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, solely for the purpose for which the account was opened.

9. Termination

Access may end when the engagement between the client and the agency ends, or upon breach of these terms. When access ends, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and liability

We strive to maintain continuous availability, but the service is provided as is and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from use of the service or from its interruption.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be communicated before taking effect.
